How Lisbon Journey Pass collects, uses and protects your personal data.
This policy covers the personal data we collect when you buy or use a Lisbon Journey Pass, and how we use it. We are a Lisbon-based operator and handle personal data in line with EU data protection law (GDPR).
What we collect
When you buy a pass, redeem an experience, download the guidebook or contact us, we collect the details you provide - typically your name, email address, and payment information (handled by our payment processor, not stored by us). If you opt in to marketing updates, we also keep a record of that consent.
How we use it
To issue and support your pass, confirm experience redemptions with the relevant partner, respond to enquiries, and - only if you have opted in - send trip-planning emails and offers. We do not sell your personal data.
Who we share it with
The experience partners named on your pass, when you redeem with them; our payment processor and booking-widget provider, to process orders; and analytics tools that help us understand site traffic (see our Cookies policy).
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, or withdraw marketing consent at any time, by emailing support@onejourney.com.

We may update this policy from time to time; the version shown here is the one that applies.
