How to get your Lisbon Journey Pass
Pick your pass duration (1, 2 or 3 days) and download your mobile pass instantly using our app. If you prefer a physical pass simply opt for delivery (we deliver worldwide) or collect on arrival in Lisbon. You're all set to go beyond sightseeing.
How to use your Lisbon Journey Pass
Your pass activates when you scan it at your first experience and then runs for consecutive days, not 24-hour periods. The 1-day pass covers any four experiences in the catalogue; the 2 and 3-day passes open the full eight, Pena Palace in Sintra included.

How to pre-book walks & time slots
Most of the catalogue needs no pre-booking - turn up, scan your pass and head straight in. The guided walks in Belém and Alfama, the Fado evening and Pena Palace do run to fixed times, so reserve those slots in the app, ideally the day before. Meeting points, timings and tips all live in the app and in the pocket guidebook, free with every pass.
How to skip the ticket queue
The Lisbon Journey Pass carries a timed-entry ticket for Jerónimos Monastery, Belém Tower, São Jorge Castle and Pena Palace, so you join the pass-holder line rather than the ticket office line. Look for the signs, show the attendant your pass and walk in at your slot.
