Commerce Square

One of Europe's most magnificent waterfront plazas, framed by grand yellow buildings and opening to the Tagus River.

Praça do Comércio (or Terreiro do Paço) has been Lisbon's main square since the 18th century. Its neoclassical arcades, triumphal arch, and stunning riverside location make it one of the city's most iconic landmarks and a perfect starting point for exploring downtown.
